Important: These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver. Disputes relating to these Terms or your use of Wellar will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and we waive the right to participate in a class action. Please read Section 12 carefully.

1. Our services

Wellar is an AI-powered communication app that helps you translate, explain, and interact in your language. Features include explain-a-message, cultural translation, check-before-sending, speak & answer, and chat. Some features are available through paid subscriptions.

1.1. Not healthcare

Wellar is not a healthcare provider, mental health service, or substitute for professional medical or therapeutic care. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.

1.2. Emergencies

If you are in an emergency or crisis (e.g. risk of self-harm or harm to others), contact emergency services (e.g. 112, 911) or a crisis hotline immediately. Wellar is not designed for such situations.

1.3. Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Wellar. If you are under 16, you may not create an account or use the services.

1.4. AI-generated content disclaimer

AI-generated outputs provided by Wellar are intended solely as communication support and interpretative suggestions. Users should exercise their own judgment before acting on any output. Wellar does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

2. Account and subscriptions

You must create an account to use Wellar. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the security of your credentials. Paid subscriptions are subject to the terms shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel via your device subscription settings.

3. Your content and conduct

You are responsible for content you create, upload, or share through Wellar. You must not use the service to violate laws, infringe others' rights, harass, spam, or distribute harmful or illegal content. We may monitor, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms or our policies. You can report inappropriate content in the app. If we remove your content, we will notify you; you may appeal by contacting support@edroida.com.

4. Intellectual property

Wellar and its content, features, and technology are owned by EDROIDA and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your user-generated content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it in connection with the service.

5. Privacy

Your use of Wellar is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Privacy Policy

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access at any time, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account via app settings or by contacting support@edroida.com. On termination, your right to use Wellar ends.

7. Disclaimers

Wellar is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EDROIDA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of Wellar, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Arbitration

Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Wellar shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Center, in Istanbul, in Turkish. You and we waive the right to go to court or to participate in a class action, except where prohibited.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
