1. Introduction and scope

EDROIDA GÖRSEL TEKNOLOJİ HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ. ("EDROIDA", "we", "our") designs, develops, and supports the Wellar mobile application and related services (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with the Platform. It is aligned with GDPR, KVKK, CCPA, and comparable frameworks.

By using Wellar, you accept this Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use and contact us at support@edroida.com or info@edroida.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect:

Voice recordings are processed transiently and only for the purpose of providing the requested feature. They are not stored, retained, or reused unless the user explicitly chooses to save them.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide and improve the service, personalize your experience, ensure safety and security, comply with law, and communicate with you. We rely on contract performance, consent, legitimate interest, and legal obligation as applicable.

4. AI and automated processing

Wellar uses AI (including third‑party APIs) for translation, explanation, and conversation features. Automated systems do not make binding legal, medical, or financial decisions. You can review or delete interaction history, disable certain AI features, and request explanations by contacting support@edroida.com.

Wellar's AI systems assist users in understanding and preparing communication but do not make decisions or take actions on behalf of users.

Real-time features operate only during active user sessions and are initiated exclusively by the user.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers (e.g. hosting, AI, auth, payments) under strict agreements, and with advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed in Türkiye, the EU, the US, or other countries where our processors operate. We use Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and other safeguards.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain data as long as needed for the purposes above and to comply with law. You can delete content in the app or request account deletion via Profile → Privacy & Cookies → Delete Account, or by emailing support@edroida.com. We confirm deletion and purge within our stated timelines.

8. Security

We use encryption, access controls, and security practices to protect your data. In the event of a breach that poses a risk to you, we will notify regulators and affected users as required.

9. Your rights

You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object, or withdraw consent. Use in‑app privacy controls or contact support@edroida.com or info@edroida.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

10. Minors and cookies

Wellar is for users aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from younger users. We use essential and functional cookies and similar technologies as described in the app; you can manage preferences in settings.

11. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy. Material changes are announced in the app and published on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
